Rebekka Hidulika
Founder and Lead Consultant
Rebekka Hidulika is a Chartered sustainability professional with more than 20 years of experience spanning tourism development, destination marketing and inclusive economic development. She is the Founder and Lead Consultant of Sustainate Consult, a sustainability advisory enterprise and member of the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC). Her work focuses on transforming businesses' sustainability commitments into practical, measurable performance and credible certification.
Since 2023, she has been serving as an independent sustainability consultant to Evaneos, the European travel platform, supporting its partner tour operators across Southern and East Africa with sustainability transformations, Travelife and GSTC-aligned certification readiness, and responsible supply-chain practices. Her sustainability work has subsequently afforded her the opportunity to work in countries such as Namibia, South Africa, Botswana, Kenya, Tanzania, Zambia, Mozambique and Tanzania.
Earlier in her career as Digital Marketing Manager at the Namibia Tourism Board, she led #ShareMyNamibia, one of Namibia’s most prominent international digital destination-marketing campaigns.
